She values seeing clients regain hope, rebuild relationships, achieve sobriety, and accomplish goals they once believed were beyond their reach. As a Clinical Director, Tisier is equally passionate about mentoring clinicians, supporting their professional development, and collaborating with dedicated teams to provide compassionate, high-quality behavioral health care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active, traveling, exploring new places, and watching sports. She also values continuing her education in behavioral health, mentoring others, and pursuing opportunities for personal and professional growth. She believes that taking time to recharge allows her to bring her best to both her family and the individuals she serves.
