Andrew Pargulski, MSW, LISW
ClinicianAndrew Pargulski, MSW, LISW, is a clinician with five years of experience in the behavioral health field. He is passionate about working with individuals on their journey toward healing and recovery and values the opportunity to provide meaningful support as clients work through challenges and create positive change in their lives. Andrew has a particular clinical interest in trauma recovery, helping individuals better understand their experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience. He strives to provide a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace while working toward meaningful personal goals. His therapeutic approach incorporates several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. By drawing from multiple approaches, Andrew tailors treatment to the individual needs and circumstances of each client, helping them recognize their strengths and develop practical tools to support continued growth and recovery. One of the most rewarding aspects of Andrew’s work is witnessing the progress made by his clients and group members. Seeing individuals develop new perspectives, overcome challenges, and move forward in their recovery is what makes his work especially meaningful. Outside of his professional life, Andrew enjoys staying active, watching movies, and spending quality time with friends and family. These activities help him maintain balance and stay connected to the people and experiences that are important to him.
